The app will have all of your personal workouts on and is key for logging your training and seeing you progress week by week.  It is also full of additional workouts, great nutritional plans with MyFitnessPal integration and a live chat function to keep you in regular contact with your trainer.

Within the club we have full Myzone integration.  Myzone is an innovative wearable heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity.  The Myzone app also has a full timetable of classes which can be done from the comfort of your own home.  These are a great way to compliment your gym based training.

Bands

The bands in your welcome pack are a fantastic bit of kit to help with muscle activation and stretching.  We have put together a series of videos within the app to demonstrate the versatility and usefulness of this simple bit of equipment.  These exercises can be done daily and will greatly assist your training.

Nutrition

What we eat is integral to our health.  With your membership you will receive a monthly healthy food guide.  Our coaches have put together fantastic simple recipes to help you achieve the best results.  We strongly encourage that you start to log your daily food intake on our app for our coaches to review and assist.
