Within the club we have full Myzone integration. Myzone is an innovative wearable heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. The Myzone app also has a full timetable of classes which can be done from the comfort of your own home. These are a great way to compliment your gym based training.
What we eat is integral to our health. With your membership you will receive a monthly healthy food guide. Our coaches have put together fantastic simple recipes to help you achieve the best results. We strongly encourage that you start to log your daily food intake on our app for our coaches to review and assist.
