We are delighted to be launching a new training programme for those who have a hectic lifestyle and need the flexibility to train when it suits them.

Semi-Personal Training will offer new and existing clients a structured and personalised training plan set exclusively in it’s own private gym here at No1. The programme is heavily results based set within a friendly & enjoyable environment.

The big difference will see clients being coached by the power of our new training app – workout plans and nutrition  personalised to each client.

As Flexible As You!

With semi-personal training, you book your sessions whenever suits you – subject to availaibility. If your plans change, you simply cancel and rebook! Simple!

£69pm – 8 sessions per month
£99pm – 12 sessions per month
£119pm – unlimited sessions per month
