I have done all kinds of different training at various gyms over the years! This has been the best fitness decision I have ever made. I actually look forward to Steves sessions and feel so much fitter and healthier. My results have been fantastic.
As an ex-marine I take my training seriously. The facilities at No1 are second to none. Since I have joined they have continually upheld their promise of upgrading the facility and the standard of equipment is exceptional. Great place to train!

I started SPT with Steve last September and after a month of training I had lost fat, gained definition and was a noticeably better shape. I have always been cardio fit from running but Steve has given me the confidence and self-belief to perform exercises I would never have attempted before and now I can lift, push and press more than I ever thought possible! PGT at No1 is high energy, fun and results driven and I can’t recommend highly enough.

After the Christmas period I had slipped into increasingly unhealthy eating and exercise habits. I joined the Semi-personal training at No1 Gym at the beginning of January. Now 5 weeks in I am so much fitter and feel as good as ever. The whole team have so much knowledge and are always available to give our group advice when needed. Every work out is a killer and on top of that they are never boring!

I've always had a decent level of cardio fitness but I wanted to improve my strength and build muscle. As a keen golfer, James has tweaked my sessions and as a result I have noticed a difference in both my strength and flexibility which without doubt have helped my game. Alongside the physical aspect of the classes I look forward just as much to catch up with fellow group members and friends my partner and I have made through No.1 Gym. It offers, for me, a structured routine with well organised and mapped out sessions. It's something I can honestly say, I look forward to every week.
Time has always been an issue and excuse for me. The flexibility of the SPT sessions allow me to access the expertise of the team whilst making my training efficient and results based. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I've always gone to the gym but I never found anything I really enjoyed and always went because I felt I "had to". I started SPT in February 2020 and it is the best thing I've ever done. Each session is different and the trainers, in particular James M, know how to push you and tailor the plans to suit your abilities and fitness level. After starting SPT I'm like a new person and have incorporated fitness into my daily routine instead of it being a chore. Mentally and physically I've never felt better and for the first time I actually looked forward going to the gym, I enjoy it so much I even pay extra to go on a Saturday morning! I cannot recommend SPT enough, it's the best money you'll ever spend on yourself!
The Semi personal training sessions have helped me transform my body and improve my overall fitness more that I could of imagined. The classes cater for all levels and are as challenging as you want them. The support and structure from the trainers is second to none and advice on technique and nutrition ensure you’re getting the most from what you put in.

My main form of exercise used to be running and the occasional bootcamp. Since joining No1 and in particular the Semi-Personal Training programme I have lost significant body fat, gained muscle and I’m in the best shape of my life. I’m actually a faster runner now too!
I’ve always been fit and motivated to keep healthy. However, the team at No1 have helped me reach the next level. Their knowledge of programming and advice on my nutrition have made me wish I’d joined the SPT progamme sooner. I now eat more & train less than I used to; but I'm in better shape thanks to them.

I started attending Semi Personal Training sessions back at the start of May this year having not ever had any professional coaching previously so didn’t know what to expect.
Having looked back, its actually one of the best decisions of my life! Not only has it helped me transform my body into my best shape ever, but it’s also given me discipline around my diet and more widely on my complete outlook on life.
