My background is in the sport of boxing, in which I have both competed, and trained other competitive athletes. This has set me in an environment in which both weight management and functional strength are paramount. Because of this I specialise in conditioning and functional movement based exercise.
I’ve been training competitive athletes for years, and have always strived to get the best out of my competition teams. Although I have coached people to competition standards, equally I have a huge passion for helping beginners in the gym, and people who just wish to improve their health.
I believe exercise is the best outlet to improve both physical and mental health, and believe in simple, proven routines in order to get the best out of my clients, in relation to their personal goals. I strive for improvement in those I coach, as I view my clients results as exceptionally rewarding.
