Brewed coffee mixed with sweetened condensed milk and served over ice equals pure joy! Steve believes this recipe hack is an excellent way to spice up breakfast time. The high level of fibre in chia soaks up the liquid, leaving a spoon-able pudding consistency.
WHAT YOU NEED
1 cup of brewed coffee
3 tbsp of sweetened canned condensed milk
1/4 cup of peanut butter
2 scoops of plain or vanilla protein powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract (unless using vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/8 tsp cardamom

6tbsp chia seeds
2/3 cup low sugar granola or muesli
2/3 cup raspberries
WHAT TO DO
1.) In a blender, blend together coffee, condensed milk, peanut butter, protein powder, vanilla, cinnamon and cardamom until smooth.
2.) Divide mixture between 2 bowls, and stir 3 tbsp of chia seeds into each. Chill overnight to thicken.
3.) When ready to serve, top pudding with granola and raspberries.
