Our newly refurbished studio has been designed with Private Group Training (PGT) in mind. The layout allows us to design and deliver elite training within a private space for group sessions.

Unlike traditional gym classes we limit our numbers to allow for a more premium service; and within your group we help to create a team spirit that is unlike any other gym service. Our sessions are big enough to be fun, but small enough to be quality.

Our PGT has gained huge popularity because it’s a fantastic way for you to take advantage of one of our trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment; all while keeping the social and competitiveness of a group dynamic. You will have individual nutritional targets set by your dedicated trainer and will have regular body analysis taken to keep you on track.

We strongly believe in longevity and lifestyle change; rather than a quick fix which will undoubtedly regress.

So our PGT programme is a monthly membership rather than a 6 or 8 week block. We have actually noticed that the retention rates of our PGT clients massively outweigh those of a regular gym member. We put this down to our hard working team and the fantastic camaraderie we create within our groups.
