I started attending Semi Personal Training sessions back at the start of May this year having not ever had any professional coaching previously so didn’t know what to expect. Having looked back, its actually one of the best decisions of my life! Not only has it helped me transform my body into my best shape ever, but it’s also given me discipline around my diet and more widely on my complete outlook on life. Here are a few call outs to the coaching team: Eleanor – helping me get my squat depth bang on! Oh, and introducing me to the pleasure of the ‘Arizona’ challenge James Milburn – being my mainstay coach and constant support in getting me ready for the for big transformation ahead. James Smith – Helping me with deadlift technique and other awesome training tips. Steve – Always offering to help with tips whether it be form or diet he has always been there for me.
