James was an amazing PT for me and tailored our workouts to suit my goals. I originally wanted to gain muscle and within weeks I could see a huge difference in myself, then I wanted to lose some weight for being a best man and James tweaked out workouts to accomplish this. James also was really great with my nutrition and was always there out of hours for advice. Never a dull session and really looked forward to every workout, could not rate him highly enough.
James is a highly professional and knowledgeable, young individual who couldn’t have been more helpful. I believe him to be one of the best trainers I have ever come across. His dedication to suiting the needs of each of his clients goes to show his passion towards his line of work. Just finished 4 weeks of personal training at the gym with James and I can't speak highly enough of him. From day one he was dedicated to helping me reaching my goals. His knowledge is second to none, explaining all the ins and outs of the exercises were carrying out. I would definitely recommend James and look forward to my next set of training with him.
I’ve been training with James weekly for a year now and he has made such a difference to my strength and conditioning. Every week is different which stops me dreading what’s coming! He manages to push you hard and is always willing to adapt the workout to fit with your goals and help with any injuries to resolve them. Highly recommended.
