Having struggled with several knee injuries over the past 15 years, I’ve had to learn the necessary exercises and techniques to support recovery/injury to the area. This includes strengthening, gaining muscle and maintaining the muscles around any previous injuries.
Having spent 10 years working in Health and Social Care, I have found myself supporting people with physical and mental disabilities to achieve their own fitness goals. I thoroughly enjoy helping people to achieve their fitness goals no matter what the barrier may be.
